Clinical Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage assigned cases from the initial emergency management through to discharge under RMI Topside oversight and care.

• Liaise with client-selected imaging facilities and the RMI Global Coordination Center to monitor patients during the imaging process.

• Ensure timely communication with receiving imaging facilities.

• Keep relevant personnel updated throughout the case workflow.

• Coordinate the communication of results to consulting physicians and on-site medical staff.

• Oversee the administration of daily follow-up patients without making medical decisions.

• Handle and respond to requests for patient healthcare records.

• Assist consulting physicians with patient-centered administrative tasks.

• Aid in the coordination of prescriptions and pharmacy-related activities.

• Manage fit-for-duty and return-to-work documentation.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Operations, Medical Director, or consulting physicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with health services or healthcare delivery systems.

• Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and the proper management of patient records.

• A valid and current license or certification in a relevant healthcare field, such as Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technician, or Medical Assistant.

• Proficiency in medical terminology.

• Competence with Microsoft Office applications, electronic health records, and related technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities while adhering to deadlines.

• Good judgment and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Prior experience in a corporate or office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
