Manager, Clinical Quality Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Identify training requirements to improve performance, quality, and motivation of corporate and field personnel within the Quality department.

• Develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.

• Oversee activities related to educational and training programs for the Quality department.

• Evaluate and recognize individual or group training requirements.

• Create training materials and aids.

• Decide on the necessity of contracting external vendors to meet training objectives.

• Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and provide reports and recommendations to management.

• Prepare and authorize budgets and travel arrangements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Nursing license is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with STAR measures.

• At least 3 years of experience in HEDIS.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supplemental and medical record review activities.

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of training experience within the department's functional area.

• Experience in a managed care or insurance environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with computer-based training tools, vendors, and technology-driven training platforms.

• Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning styles, and evaluative methods for assessing organizational impact and ROI of training investments.

• Previous experience leading in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing personnel.
