Site Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with clinical trial sites to enhance engagement and contribute to the progress of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Engage in clinical research activities by taking ownership of deliverables and collaborating effectively with the team.

• Establish and sustain strong connections with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offer support and guidance to site staff regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Identify ways to enhance site engagement and improve site performance through consistent communication and feedback mechanisms.

• Work alongside internal teams to create and implement site engagement strategies customized for each study and site.

• Track site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on activities and outcomes related to site engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field is required.

• Prior experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities, able to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements applicable to clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).
