Site Engagement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and execute tailored action plans to enhance patient recruitment and retention at specific sites.

• Provide education to healthcare professionals and site personnel regarding study protocols, procedures, and relevant disease areas.

• Engage with the community during formal health fairs or events for patient advocacy, delivering approved and publicly accessible information.

• Collaborate with referral networks to pinpoint potential participants for trials.

• Assess site performance data to customize recruitment strategies and enhance enrollment results.

• Organize educational sessions on recruitment and disseminate best practices across various sites.

• Keep precise records in internal reporting systems and oversee management tasks.

• Remain up-to-date with technical knowledge in pertinent therapeutic areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in clinical trials.

• At least 1 year of experience in immunology; dermatology experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a role such as Clinical Trial Educator, Site Engagement Lead, or Clinical Trial Liaison.

• Extensive knowledge and clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areas.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and make well-informed decisions.

• A collaborative mindset with a strong focus on customer service.

• High flexibility for travel and adaptability to diverse cultural settings.

• Ability to mentor others and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a positive “can-do” attitude.
