This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for site development throughout the network, which includes DeNovo site constructions, site expansions, relocations, and real estate management.
• Manage comprehensive facilities oversight for the site network, encompassing vendor selection, site standards, preventive maintenance supervision, and planning and support for equipment/infrastructure lifecycle.
• Create and uphold standards for site development and facilities, along with tools for project tracking and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Cultivate relationships with vendors in real estate, construction, and facilities, ensuring adherence to legal, safety, and operational obligations.
• Provide guidance to site operations regarding real estate initiatives and facilities issues that impact daily functions.
• Explore strategic alternatives and methodologies for site development and facilities projects.
• Set up and monitor project and facilities budgets and forecasts, managing vendor expenses in collaboration with Finance.
• Follow up with site operations post-project completion and facilities service events to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and external vendors to resolve challenges.
• Serve as the escalation point for issues related to site development projects and facilities.
• Coordinate the response for emergency and business continuity regarding facilities, including HVAC failures, safety incidents, and utility outages.
• Update internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, on program status.
• Identify and assist in overcoming obstacles in project execution and facilities service delivery.
• Professionally represent Flourish Research when interacting with staff, clients, and vendors.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Work is performed in a remote office environment, with regular travel to network locations.
• Travel requirements may reach up to 50%.
• Daily use of a computer is necessary.
• Occasional evening and weekend work is required, particularly for facilities emergency responses outside of standard business hours.
• Capability to lift 35 pounds and occasionally more.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have consistent access to an automobile.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate management, site development, and facilities management within a multi-site network is required.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of site development, facilities management, and real estate project management is essential.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to enhance productivity and collaboration among cross-functional, matrixed teams.
• Advanced project management skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
• A strong work ethic coupled with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven skills in team building and leading partnerships across projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with site operations to align on project and facilities priorities.
• Familiarity with facilities systems and vendor management, including HVAC, life safety, general maintenance, and security.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly with Office 365 and project tracking/facilities management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and impact analysis skills.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands across a national site network.
• Capacity to think independently and influence appropriately at all levels within the organization.
