Video Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee video projects from initiation to final delivery

• Monitor timelines, revisions, and outcomes

• Conduct quality assurance on completed videos, focusing on pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting

• Offer clear and actionable feedback for revisions to video editors

• Ensure organized project workflows and effective communication within the team

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong abilities in project coordination and time management

• Capable of identifying errors, inconsistencies, and omitted details

• Able to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Comfortable working in a dynamic remote setting

• Preferred: Experience in video editing/quality assurance, creative operations, video production, agency work, or performance marketing
