Customer Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Coordinate, guide, and inspire cross-functional internal and external sales, clinical, and technical teams alongside hospital-assigned project managers and key stakeholders.

• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans utilizing Philips project management methodologies and tools.

• Create and uphold detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) that delineate scope, deliverables, and execution timelines.

• Spearhead planning for change management, risk assessment, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation.

• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with the statement of work.

• Facilitate successful implementation while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

• Manage end-to-end implementations for patient monitoring, therapeutic care, IT solutions, and capital equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a healthcare setting.

• Project management and/or Lean certifications will be advantageous.

• Over 4 years of experience with MS Project, MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and other standard project management tools and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field, computer science, information technology, project management, or a related area, or 6+ years of relevant experience.

• Capability to meet essential physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for the Field Service role, with or without accommodations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to effectively influence various project stakeholders through strong leadership.

• High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Authorization to work in the US is required.

• No sponsorship for a work-authorized visa will be provided now or in the future.

• Candidates must reside in or be within commuting distance to the west zone.
