Marketing Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee video projects from initiation to finalization

• Monitor timelines, revisions, and final outputs

• Conduct quality assurance on finished videos, focusing on pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting

• Provide concise and constructive feedback for revisions to video editors

• Ensure streamlined project workflows and effective communication within the team

• Proficient in written and verbal English

• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong abilities in project coordination and time management

• Capable of identifying errors, inconsistencies, and overlooked details

• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines autonomously

• Comfortable in a fast-paced remote work environment

• Preferred: Experience in video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing
