This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Project Management team and follow their guidance.
β’ Supervise and manage project-level documentation in accordance with Knobelsdorff standards.
β’ Provide assistance with job reporting, crew timecard entries, inspection documents, material deliveries, inventory management, and project closeout documentation.
β’ Generate, prepare, and coordinate reports, trackers, deliverables, and status updates.
β’ Organize and maintain construction storage containers, tools, and materials effectively.
β’ Support field personnel on-site as necessary.
β’ Participate in tailgate meetings addressing jobsite hazards, JHA completion, daily goals, and best practices.
β’ Aid in preconstruction preparation and coordination efforts.
β’ Collaborate with project teams, field staff, and site leadership to facilitate daily project execution.
β’ Address site needs during occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work as dictated by project timelines.
β’ Currently enrolled in a degree program for Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
β’ Willingness to travel nationwide to assigned job locations.
β’ Possession of a valid driverβs license with a clean driving record.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
β’ Capability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
β’ Comfort working in hot, cold, or damp environments.
β’ Ability to lift and transport up to 80 lbs.
β’ Capacity to dig and back-fill trenches as needed.
