Site Contract Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the negotiation of site agreements and budgets to ensure alignment with the site activation plan.

• Tailor and draft country- and site-specific agreements while organizing necessary translations.

• Monitor the progress of site agreement and budget negotiations.

• Prepare finalized versions of site agreements and budgets.

• Oversee the signature process.

• Archive executed site agreements in the Trial Master File.

• Inform all relevant functions about the site contracting process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Equivalency necessitates a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant setting.

• At least 2 years’ experience in the clinical research sector.

• Previous experience in negotiating site budgets.

• Familiarity with and experience in handling legal documents related to clinical trial sites and medical terminology is an advantage.

• Must not require a work visa for employment or ongoing employment at any time now or in the future.

• Capability to work anywhere in the United States.
