Site Activation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the strategic, operational, and financial execution of Site Activation activities.

• Provide strategic planning and project management to enhance site activation and patient enrollment.

• Support and participate in pre-award and bid defense processes.

• Supervise study start-up from pre-award through site activation and/or lifecycle maintenance.

• Manage multiple regional or global Site Activation Management initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and uphold Site Activation Management Plans.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders across various regions and countries.

• Execute strategies for obtaining clinical study approvals, authorizations, contracts, and essential documentation.

• Evaluate regulatory landscapes and provide pertinent regulatory intelligence.

• Define regulatory strategies and parameters for submissions and authorizations.

• Provide updates and reports to study teams and senior colleagues.

• Maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.

• Create and/or review technical and administrative documentation.

• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and company standards throughout clinical trials.

• Mentor and coach team members.

• Develop and sustain relationships with preferred IQVIA clients.

• Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients, colleagues, and professional organizations.

• Contribute to departmental and organizational initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field (mandatory).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, in a scientific or clinical setting (mandatory).

• Proven experience in an international capacity, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (mandatory).

• Must reside in the same country or sales region where the job is located.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, protocols, client requirements, internal policies, regulatory standards, site activation, ethics, and site contracting processes.
