Sinhala OPI/VRI Interpretation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Take notes throughout the duration of a call.

• Accurately convey all messages in full, without adding, omitting, or altering any content.

• Deliver exceptional customer service during interpretation sessions.

• Enable effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and comprehensive interpretation of messages.

• Participate in internal professional training programs.

• Must possess experience as a professional remote interpreter.

• Motivated to pursue new professional certifications.

• Familiarity with specific terminology relevant to the healthcare and medical sectors.

• Adhere to dress code standards for video remote interpreting.
