Shopify Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the current customer service team, monitor response and resolution times, and address escalations, refunds, and exchanges.

• Identify gaps in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enhance frequently asked questions (FAQs) and automated responses.

• Track inventory levels, monitor sell-through rates, and predict restock timing.

• Collaborate with factories, manage production schedules, and coordinate logistics for stock arrivals.

• Update inventory records for stock-keeping units (SKUs) and product variations on a weekly basis.

• Verify order statuses and inform customers with tracking details utilizing Parcelwill.

• Oversee the Notion workspace.

• Develop and refine SOPs, monitor launches and campaigns, and maintain project organization and timelines.

• Manage weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing a Shopify store.

• Strong background in inventory management, handling multiple SKUs, and forecasting.

• Capability to function independently as an Operations Manager.

• Proficient in creating SOPs, enhancing workflows, and working autonomously.

• Experience in managing customer service systems, reporting, and leading a team.

• Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills to interact directly with customers, factories, and internal personnel.

• Proficiency in using Shopify.

• Proficiency in Notion.

• USB headset equipped with noise-cancellation features.

• Working webcam.

• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of no less than 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.
