E-commerce Analyst (Mid-Level)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Guarantee the efficiency, stability, and performance of e-commerce operations.

• Oversee the platform on a daily basis.

• Revise product listings and content.

• Handle orders and inventory management.

• Set up campaigns and promotions.

• Perform in-depth analyses of operational processes.

• Monitor performance indicators.

• Suggest ongoing enhancements.

• Ensure system integration.

• Preserve the visual coherence and information governance of the online store.

• Collaborate both technically and strategically with internal teams and suppliers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience ensuring accurate system integration.

• Advanced experience in managing e-commerce platforms (such as VTEX, Magento, etc.).

• Proficiency in analyzing order flows and operational performance.

• Systems thinking coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, technology, and customer service teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of payment processing and management of shipping policies.

• Ability to ensure uniformity in information and visual identity.

• Capability to propose ongoing improvements to workflows and integrations.

• Serve as the technical liaison with partners and suppliers.

• Competence in analyzing performance indicators.

• Skill in preparing analytical reports based on performance metrics.
