• Conduct visits to retail locations to objectively evaluate established criteria such as cleanliness, product availability, and the proper execution of promotions.

• Verify that visual merchandising adheres to our clients’ internal standards.

• Engage in discussions about audit findings with retail outlet employees in an objective manner.

• Offer constructive recommendations for enhancements and document successful practices.

• Efficiently log results and take photos using a digital reporting tool on your smartphone.

• Plan and execute regular full-day tours.
