This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with a backlog of internal and client requests related to SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Create and improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, workflows, and other solutions in accordance with client specifications.
• Collect, analyze, and document comprehensive business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and implement effective automated solutions utilizing SharePoint and Power Platform tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with SharePoint and Power Platform, while providing continuous technical support.
• Assist with the migration of SharePoint sites and content.
• Create and maintain documentation for technical solutions, processes, and user guides.
• Generate reports and dashboards to fulfill client reporting requirements.
• Adhere to established governance solutions, technical models, and development standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure quality, functionality, and accuracy prior to implementation.
• Deliver training to various user groups and create accompanying training documentation.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, address issues, and provide customer-centric solutions.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Power Apps development.
• Experience in creating and supporting a minimum of 20 forms of varying complexity.
• Proficient in developing custom SharePoint list forms and canvas apps.
• At least 3–5 years of experience with Power Automate.
• Experience in creating and supporting a minimum of 20 workflows of varying complexity.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience with Power BI.
• Experience in creating and supporting at least 10 reports of varying complexity.
• Possession of an active Secret clearance.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality.
• Ability to independently and thoroughly test developed solutions.
• Capability to gather, analyze, and document both technical and functional requirements.
• Proficient in providing end-user training and developing training documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for engaging with clients and diverse user groups.
