Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Create and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and data visualization solutions for an Army government client.

• Provide support for Power Platform development and implementation within a fast-paced organization.

• Collaborate directly with clients to outline project requirements and manage their expectations.

• Design, create, and sustain model-driven and canvas Power Apps.

• Develop and manage automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate.

• Produce technical documentation and reference materials.

• Create training resources.

• Facilitate requirements definition and documentation.

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Oversee project details and timelines.

• Provide updates on project status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is necessary.

• U.S. citizenship may be required as security clearances are typically granted only to U.S. citizens.

• Experience in customer engagement with the capacity to build relationships and comprehend customer needs.

• Proficient in defining, documenting, and managing customer requirements.

• 3–5 years of experience in Power Apps development and delivery.

• 1–5 years of experience with Power Automate focused on automating business processes.

• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online and its integration within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Basic understanding of Power Pages, Dataverse, and Premium Capacities with some practical experience.

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Capability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.

• Experience with Vantage is preferred.

• CompTIA Security+ certification is preferred at the time of hire, but must be obtained within 90 days for otherwise well-qualified candidates.

• Computing Environment certification is preferred at the time of hire but may be obtained within 90 days for otherwise well-qualified candidates.

• Desired experience includes model-driven Power Apps, data architecture, executive-level support, Power BI Premium Workspaces, Power BI development, data visualization, and data modeling.
