• Report directly to the Lead Ombudsman Insurance and handle sensitive and complex issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess legal qualifications along with significant senior-level legal experience.

• Have extensive knowledge in the insurance sector, specifically in life insurance and/or general insurance.

• Exhibit a proven history of success in a law firm, tribunal, external dispute resolution scheme, regulatory body, insurer, or similar organization.

• Demonstrate outstanding analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Maintain independence and impartiality in all cases.
