This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with warm leads to arrange appointments.

• Assist families in evaluating life insurance coverage options and facilitate their application for protection.

• Provide support for applications throughout the underwriting process until families are fully insured.

• Utilize data-driven systems and lead generation tools to assist inbound prospects.

• Participate in occasional in-person conferences and leadership events as needed.

• Possession of a life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Access to a computer and phone to serve clients effectively.

• A dependable internet connection is essential.

• Ability to work independently in a performance-oriented environment.

• Must be coachable, disciplined, accountable, honest, and confident in communication.

• A strong desire to assist families in making informed financial decisions.

• Willingness to develop into a leadership role over time.

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events.
