P&C Insurance Advisor – License Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals in making informed choices regarding insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

• Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments for prospective clients.

• Conduct a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily utilizing warm, qualified leads.

• Actively reach out to potential clients who have requested quotes.

• Follow up on inquiries for information or quotes.

• Oversee incoming calls, appointments, urgent requests, text messages, and emails.

• Record call activity, duration, new policy sales, and retention rates using the team performance scorecard.

⛳️ Requirements

• This position is based in the United States.

• A 220 or 20-44 License is required.

• Thorough understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) products, carriers, and pre-underwriting knowledge is essential.

• Highly responsive and proactive skills are necessary for managing incoming calls and appointments.

• Ability to effectively assist prospective clients in making informed decisions about their insurance requirements.

• Proactive and assertive outreach to potential clients who have shown interest in quotes.

• Strong communication skills and responsiveness in following up on information or quote requests.

• Proven capability to multitask efficiently, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, responding to urgent requests, managing text messages, and emails.

• Minimum of 30 outbound calls per day is expected.
