📋 Description

• Engage with warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage alternatives and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through the underwriting process until families are completely covered

• Utilize data-driven systems and established lead generation methods to assist families actively pursuing life insurance support

• Take part in training, mentorship, and potential opportunities for leadership development

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens

• Possession of a life insurance license or a commitment to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone for client service

• Reliable internet connection

• Ability to work independently in a performance-oriented environment

• Self-disciplined and accountable

• Enthusiastic about assisting families in making informed financial choices

• Willingness to evolve into a leadership role over time

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership gatherings

• No cold calling; all leads are warm and incoming
