This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more states.
• Review daily service sessions and their accompanying documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verify session dates, times, service details, providers, and all necessary information.
• Examine session notes and related documentation for any missing or inconsistent information.
• Identify documentation errors, discrepancies, or incomplete records, and coordinate necessary corrections with the appropriate staff.
• Follow established procedures for verifying sessions and reviewing documentation.
• Track sessions that are pending, completed, rejected, or corrected.
• Maintain precise records of verification activities and unresolved issues.
• Escalate recurring documentation or compliance concerns to the relevant supervisor.
• Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, administrative, and billing teams when clarification is needed.
• Handle documentation with confidentiality in line with applicable privacy regulations.
• Assist with internal audits and quality-control reviews as required.
• Monitor recurring issues and pinpoint opportunities to enhance documentation accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Meet daily or weekly productivity and accuracy objectives.
• A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, medical/clinical documentation, ABA, behavioral health, insurance, billing, or quality assurance is preferred.
• Experience in reviewing clinical or healthcare documentation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ABA terminology, therapy sessions, or behavioral health documentation is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong data-entry accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capacity to identify discrepancies and follow through on issues until resolution.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented quality-control tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and standard office productivity software.
• Ability to manage confidential patient/client information appropriately.
• Comfortable working under deadlines and in a high-volume record environment.
• Primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during power outages.
• Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
• Primary device with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
• Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions.
• A functioning webcam.
