Services Transactional Finance Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Wind Services Commercial Leader to create and implement the growth strategy for the TX portfolio across various regions.

• Enhance operational processes to guarantee high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.

• Assist the accounting operations team in the financial management of the TX portfolio.

• Increase the precision and promptness of financial project assessments to facilitate operational billing entitlements and ensure smooth project completions and closures.

• Oversee financial planning and estimation processes for TX.

• Foster problem-solving initiatives with commercial and operational teams.

• Supervise a direct report while promoting ongoing learning and development.

• Emphasize upskilling, cross-training, and automation initiatives.

• Propel operational excellence, strategic expansion, and financial process enhancements for the Wind Services business, which is valued at approximately $2B.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in finance.

• Previous experience in a leadership role.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proven track record in problem analysis and resolution.

• Demonstrated experience in leading programs and projects.

• Established project management competencies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, when required.
