This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Validate and finalize service records, including address, hours, contact information, costs, insurance, and other relevant tags within the data model.

• Categorize services based on screening criteria, providing evidence for each response.

• Identify services that are not yet included as new locations are established.

• Document services that do not conform to the data model and clarify the reasons for their exclusion.

• Collaborate with the Services Research Manager to enhance the services directory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in the US (preferably in NYC, LA, or ATL).

• Experience in research where accuracy is crucial and the need to cite sources, such as in a 211 or resource directory, fact-checking, working on a civic data team, or in a library.

• Comfort in reaching out to unfamiliar organizations to obtain clear responses from any representatives.

• Adhere strictly to written procedures and voice concerns when discrepancies arise with your findings.

• Demonstrated organization skills in spreadsheets and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to verify their outputs before placing trust in them.

• Proficiency in Spanish or another language besides English is a plus.

• Background in social work, counseling, or public health, or experience in mental health services is advantageous.
