Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of their concerns.

• Deliver continuous technical and business support to designated customers within a specific geographic region or coverage area.

• Stay informed about the assigned regions, coverage areas, product lines, and relevant configuration installations.

• Act as the most direct link to appropriate internal functions to assist customers effectively.

• Recruit and nurture talent to enhance team capabilities.

• Oversee staffing and performance development initiatives.

• Implement policies and strategies using technical expertise, analytical thinking, and relevant experience.

• Suggest solutions for complex manufacturing processes that involve technical diversity or interdependent production cycles.

• Act as a resource for colleagues who have less experience.

• Lead small-scale, low-risk projects to drive progress.

• Communicate information clearly and foster team consensus.

• Articulate performance expectations and manage sensitive issues effectively.

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established skills in project management.

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.

• Willingness to comply with customer vaccination requirements where necessary.
