This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Ensure compliance of THD At Home Services with state and local regulatory license requirements.
• Hold and maintain specific trade licenses on behalf of THD.
• Establish and nurture relationships with state and local officials as well as trade organizations.
• Oversee the compliance of Service Providers with licensing, permitting, inspections, and professional/trade standards.
• Conduct quality and compliance audits at job sites and provide supervision.
• Represent THD in matters related to the building contractor business.
• Address customer complaints associated with THD Services installations and authorize customer satisfaction markdowns up to $1,000.
• Meet with state and local officials and trade groups to resolve compliance-related issues.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify risks and instances of non-compliance.
• Report findings and suggest solutions and process enhancements.
• Lead a workgroup by assigning and reviewing tasks, training, and contributing to performance evaluations.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma and/or GED, with knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through completion.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be able to successfully pass examinations to obtain specified trade contractor licenses, such as General Contractor, Master Plumber, HVAC Contractor, or Electrical Contractor.
• Capability to pass state, county, or city regulated trade exams within the designated region.
• Ability to manage Service Provider performance in alignment with regulatory laws and Service Provider Agreements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships, persuade others, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Competence in performing data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
• Ability to create and implement process improvements and address complex challenges.
• Preferred strong connections with state and local regulatory agencies and/or trade organizations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
