ServiceNow UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and create user interfaces and experiences for both web and mobile applications.

• Create and develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with business and user needs.

• Write front-end code utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

• Enhance user interfaces and experiences focusing on performance, accessibility, and usability.

• Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end code with back-end systems.

• Engage in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX.

• Suggest improvements to current systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms.

• Profound understanding of UI/UX design principles and industry best practices.

• Practical knowledge and experience in Java coding.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow.

• Proficient in Kendo UI.

• Experienced with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.

• Competent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

• Knowledge of best practices for performance optimization, accessibility, and usability.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

• Capable of collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
