ServiceNow Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and implementation of digitalization solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.

• Support throughout the entire development cycle from requirements analysis to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

• Creation of client-side and server-side JavaScripts.

• Design of intuitive service portals.

• Implementation of complex interface and integration requirements using REST/SOAP.

• Identification of automation and improvement opportunities in existing customer workflows.

• Technical and professional consulting for interface partners and customers to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow modules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Computer Science or training in the field of Computer Science/Application Development or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform.

• Practical experience in consulting and implementing at least two ServiceNow products, e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, or SPM.

• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, REST, Angular, Web Services, SOAP, and XML.

• Familiarity with ITIL terminology.

• Agile working method.

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow Development Methodology.

• Completed CSA certification and at least one CIS certification.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
