ServiceNow Software Engineer – SAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, and mentor a team of Software Engineers.

• Create professional service projects tailored for clients.

• Design and implement customizations based on both functional and technical specifications.

• Utilize best practices and internal coding standards on large-scale, intricate professional service projects.

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues on the ServiceNow platform.

• Diagnose and resolve problems across ITSM, HAM, SAM integrations, portals, and other ServiceNow modules.

• Maintain and support ServiceNow modules.

• Manage and sustain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

• Engage in platform upgrades, cloning, patching, and performance enhancement initiatives.

• Document technical solutions, workflows, and resolutions to issues.

• Execute deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in ServiceNow SAM/HAM.

• Expertise in advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on the ServiceNow platform.

• Experience in troubleshooting ITSM, HAM, SAM integrations, portals, and ServiceNow modules.

• Background in supporting and maintaining ServiceNow modules.

• Experience with supporting and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform upgrades, cloning, patching, and performance optimization.

• Commitment to ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CIS - ITSM certification.
