📋 Description

• Take charge of the configuration and continuous improvement of ServiceNow HRSD modules.

• Design and enhance the Employee Center experience for optimal user engagement.

• Analyze requirements to inform solution design choices.

• Configure workflows, Flow Designer automations, and platform functionalities.

• Assess the trade-offs between configuration and customization.

• Troubleshoot intricate issues and develop resolution strategies.

• Contribute to shaping the delivery of HR services via ServiceNow.

• Advance from execution tasks to solution ownership and decision-making responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level ServiceNow HR Application Analyst experience.

• Proficiency with ServiceNow HRSD.

• Strong background in configuring the Employee Center (ESC).

• Expertise in end-to-end configuration processes.

• Capability to make independent decisions regarding configuration.

• Familiarity with JavaScript within the ServiceNow environment.

• Awareness of portal/widget scripting.

• Interest in developing deeper technical skills.

• Strong analytical thinking abilities.

• Effective communication skills.

• A mindset focused on ownership.

• ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.

• HRSD certification (service delivery) is preferred.
