ServiceNow Developer – AI and Hyperautomation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, integrate, and execute solutions on the ServiceNow platform, emphasizing hyperautomation and Artificial Intelligence.

• Design and create tailored solutions utilizing Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.

• Configure, customize, and oversee Now Assist (Generative AI) use cases across various modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and Creator.

• Enhance the utilization of ServiceNow’s built-in Prompt Engineering features to produce incident summaries, automated replies, code, and contextual recommendations.

• Build, train, and refine Machine Learning models for automated ticket routing, pattern recognition, and incident prevention.

• Create conversational flows in Virtual Agent, incorporating NLU and LLMs for self-service and intelligent request resolution.

• Implement and enhance AI Search for self-service portals (Service Portal / Now Experience).

• Utilize AI-assisted tools for JavaScript code generation, automated workflow creation, and testing.

• Connect ServiceNow to external AI services via IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Ensure AI and data governance, adhering to privacy and information security standards while aligning with CSDM/CMDB architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree.

• Understanding of the product lifecycle (Discovery, Delivery, Maturation, and Decommissioning).

• Experience in backlog management and value-oriented prioritization.

• Extensive knowledge of modern IT architectures: HCI (Nutanix/Proxmox), Hybrid Cloud, IaaS, Backup strategies, and Disaster Recovery.

• Development of pricing matrices, service catalogs, and commercial offering models.

• Strong grasp of product metrics.

• Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools relevant to the domain.

• ServiceNow certification or partnership (Altar, OPA) is preferred.

• Capacity to articulate complex infrastructure trade-offs (latency, resilience, compute, and storage) into clear business value for clients.

• Ability to convert complex business requirements into a product roadmap.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for workshops and portfolio demonstrations.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, focusing on profitability, financial viability, and ROI of offerings.

• Skills in cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Operations).
