ServiceNow CMDB Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical design, development, and execution of ServiceNow solutions, emphasizing ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules.

• Create scripts, workflows, and integrations with external data sources.

• Design and implement ServiceNow to manage CMDB data through an integration between Axonius and ServiceNow.

• Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITOM to establish a Service Topology.

• Contribute to the upkeep of the Data Management Plan.

• Offer expert advice on ServiceNow development, scripting, and system architecture.

• Resolve complex system integration and compatibility challenges.

• Collaborate with project teams, end-users, and leadership to ascertain business requirements, define application specifications, and conduct demo evaluations.

• Guide, direct, and assess the work of fellow developers.

• Assist in the creation of user manuals and technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of relevant experience (A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field may replace 5 years of relevant experience).

• Capability to obtain a DoD secret clearance.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.

• Must be a proactive team player with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow implementation and development (ITSM, ITOM, SPM).

• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions), APIs (REST/SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).

• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and Agile methodologies.
