ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, support, and enhance applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

• Work collaboratively with analysts, architects, campus stakeholders, and IT Services teams to deploy technical solutions.

• Create and uphold ServiceNow functionalities that ensure operational reliability, platform maintainability, and long-term supportability.

• Engage in project activities, production support, workflow automation, integrations, upgrades, and platform enhancements.

• Comprehend operational needs and convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues.

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow platform and associated services.

• Adhere to established technical standards and governance practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow software development.

• Familiarity with JavaScript and AJAX.

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is preferred.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is preferred.
