ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist with presales solutions, in-house lab development, demonstrations, and federal contracts.

• Design, develop, integrate, and operate prototypes and advanced proofs of concept on the ServiceNow platform.

• Interact directly with key decision-makers during demonstration calls.

• Convert prototypes into written responses and demonstrations throughout the business development, capture, proposal, and delivery life cycles.

• Drive the demonstration strategy for key accounts and ensure solutions align with customer requirements.

• Oversee implementation roadmaps and match business objectives with technical execution.

• Offer domain knowledge, architectural, and technical expertise for projects, clients, presales, and demonstrations.

• Assist with architecture and design documentation as well as other technical deliverables.

• Manage significant customer relationships, synchronize service delivery with business goals, and reduce risks.

• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into ServiceNow technology architecture.

• Shape customer innovation strategies and guarantee process excellence.

• Collaborate with business subject matter experts, solution architects, and technical architects on transformative solutions.

• Mentor junior team members in preparing and executing demonstrations.

• Enhance team productivity, professional growth, and overall team excellence.

• Influence company culture and align business units with corporate strategies.

• Contribute to marketing strategies and business development efforts.

• Write, review, and develop proposal sections across IT and ServiceNow workflows, disciplines, modules, and requirements.

• Formulate compliance strategies and ensure alignment with regulations.

• Employ ITIL, SAFe, Scrum, and PMI methodologies, while utilizing cloud, DevOps, and AI technologies.

• Promote internal knowledge sharing and strategies for technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in constructing ServiceNow solutions and managing ServiceNow employee experience solutions.

• Proven track record in ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM/EAM implementations in an architect role.

• Expertise in managing the ServiceNow platform, including configuration management, implementation, and consulting with new customers on potential opportunities.

• Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with external applications, such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx delivery services.

• Preferred experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions utilizing offerings on the platform.

• Working knowledge of the Federal procurement process, including the FAR and contracting vehicles, is preferred.

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) designation.

• Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

• Active Public Trust clearance or the capability to obtain a Public Trust.

• U.S. Citizenship is required in accordance with a government contract.
