Service Technician, Intralogistics, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Service of Kardex machines within the local regions of Hamm, Münster, and Meschede.

• Execute electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections on installed systems.

• Perform additional service tasks on existing systems.

• Swiftly identify faults and causes of malfunctions, and determine suitable solutions.

• Operate equipment at heights of up to approximately 7 meters.

• Act as a friendly, solution-oriented contact for customers.

• Participate in the regular on-call mobile phone rotation.

• Provide customers with advice on necessary service measures.

• Assist customers with on-site training and instruction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training as an industrial electronics technician, electrician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer, electronics technician, or certified electrical specialist.

• Capability to read electrical schematics.

• Ability to work on systems up to 1000 volts.

• Field service experience is preferred.

• Experience working at heights is advantageous.

• Willingness and capability to work at heights of up to 7 meters.

• Strong commitment and customer focus.

• Independent and solution-oriented working style.

• Class B driving license (valid in Germany) is required.

• Residence within the Hamm, Münster, and Meschede catchment area.

• Comfortable with working at height.

• Fluent in German language skills.
