Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• After a thorough training period, you will independently or alongside a fellow technician repair, maintain, and replace VELUX products for private clients, primarily in the Brussels area.

• Explain the operation of (electric) products to both private clients and professionals.

• Promote up/cross selling of our products.

• Execute programming of our products.

• Handle the administrative processing of interventions.

• Manage spare parts, materials, and the service vehicle.

• Work in compliance with safety instructions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a basic knowledge of and a strong interest in carpentry, roofing, electrical work, and general construction.

• You are handy and not afraid of heights.

• Hold a valid driver's license B and enjoy being on the road.

• Eager to learn and willing to engage in continuous training.

• Able to work independently, take initiative, think logically, and make decisions.

• Exhibit a sense of responsibility and project confidence.

• Customer-oriented and sociable.

• Bilingual in Dutch and French.

• Reside in Brussels or the northern or western outskirts of Brussels, from where you will operate.
