Automotive Flying Doctor Technician – Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee escalated technical cases from front-line support, verifying information, conducting in-depth analysis, and establishing corrective measures.

• Deliver both remote and on-site assistance to dealers and technical teams to guarantee prompt and effective vehicle repairs.

• Create clear and structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, emphasizing risks, trends, and areas needing improvement.

• Track activity KPIs such as case aging, recurrence, and fix-it-right-first-time, and identify early warning signs regarding product or process challenges.

• Contribute to the technical knowledge base and best practices.

• Aid in the continuous development of Level 1 agents and workshops.

• Offer on-site technical support, particularly concerning electrical buses, throughout Serbia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong automotive technical expertise with experience in diagnostics and complex repairs (dealer, workshop, or OEM setting).

• Demonstrated ability to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files to determine root causes and recurring vehicle issues.

• Proficient in translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and procedures into clear repair instructions for workshops.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capable of explaining complex technical subjects in an easily understandable manner.

• Team-oriented individual with a proactive attitude, logical reasoning, and inquisitive mindset.

• Ability to function in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments.
