This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct preventive maintenance on wind turbines, which includes torque checks, lubrication, filter changes, cleaning, level assessments, and sensor calibration.

• Execute corrective maintenance by replacing and adjusting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components, as well as calibrating the pitch system.

• Perform both internal and external inspections of wind turbine components.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to service, scheduling, performance, and quality metrics.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance actions to identify necessary training opportunities.

• Operate in compliance with maintenance processes, tools, and procedures, contributing to their enhancement.

• Adhere to customers’ internal guidelines and procedures while participating in occasional training sessions.

• Effectively use, preserve, maintain, and optimize company assets, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the worksite.

• Follow integrity, compliance, EHS guidelines, standards, and procedures diligently.

• Regularly climb wind turbines and work on structures at heights of at least 80 meters above ground.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of technical education in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related disciplines.

• Active registration with the CFT.

• Experience in field service, maintenance, and industrial settings.

• Possession of a Class B driver’s license.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces.

• Willingness to reside in Casa Nova, Bahia, Brazil.

• Experience in wind industry manufacturing is advantageous.

• Intermediate proficiency in English (reading).
