Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute power quality assessments using monitoring tools to identify voltage anomalies, harmonics, load challenges, and equipment performance issues.

• Conduct infrared (IR) thermal imaging of electrical devices to detect hot spots, loose connections, and potential failure risks.

• Perform air leak detection surveys in industrial and commercial establishments to aid energy-saving initiatives.

• Record findings, create comprehensive service reports, and relay results to clients and internal teams.

• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and supplier partners to facilitate corrective measures and follow-up suggestions.

• Maintain service tools, ensure calibration precision, and adhere to all safety standards and facility guidelines.

• Travel to customer sites within the region as required and manage job scheduling effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical testing, preventive maintenance, industrial service operations, or facility inspections.

• Understanding of electrical systems, distribution equipment, and safety protocols.

• Familiarity with power quality analyzers, infrared cameras, or ultrasonic leak detection instruments; training will be provided if necessary.

• Strong diagnostic abilities and capacity to analyze field data.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Capability to work independently in industrial and commercial settings.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
