Service Resource Coordinator

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee, organize, manage, and direct the activities of operational resources.

β€’ Facilitate the implementation of service agreements and repair tasks.

β€’ Acquire the necessary labor and materials while adhering to financial guidelines.

β€’ Engage with customers effectively.

β€’ Communicate with independent service providers.

β€’ Align job priorities with the Key Accounts Small Commercial team.

β€’ Manage service resources, dispatch, and assign providers to various projects.

β€’ Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment according to project requirements, skill sets, and availability.

β€’ Liaise and communicate with both internal and external teams.

β€’ Coordinate operations with the Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.

β€’ Address customer concerns, direct them to the appropriate staff, and respond to special requests.

β€’ Create work orders, review project documentation, send paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate reports.

β€’ Handle service warranty processing.

β€’ Accomplish tasks necessary throughout the service operations lifecycle.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Certificate or degree from a college or technical school, along with one (1) year of relevant experience and/or training; alternatively, three (3) years of related experience and/or training with a high school diploma or GED.

β€’ Candidates without a four-year degree are welcome to apply; practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with leadership principles are prioritized.

β€’ Exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in phone communication.

β€’ Highly organized, capable of multitasking and prioritizing daily interruptions.

β€’ Strong attention to detail.

β€’ Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

β€’ Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

β€’ Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls is preferred.
