Service Marketing Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the EMEA Service Marketing strategy in alignment with business growth objectives.

• Define and improve service offerings to foster revenue growth, market expansion, and enhance customer value.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive activities, and industry advancements to uncover commercial opportunities.

• Spearhead service sales enablement initiatives, encompassing training programs, engagement activities, and sales tools.

• Assist with digital marketing, communications, branding, conferences, and customer engagement initiatives across the service business.

• Collaborate with Operating Units, regional teams, and global stakeholders to synchronize commercial and marketing priorities.

• Create business cases, market assessments, and strategic recommendations to bolster growth initiatives.

• Track performance metrics and propose actions to enhance commercial effectiveness and market influence.

• Proven experience in strategic marketing, commercial strategy, product marketing, or business development.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional or multinational marketing strategies.

• Established ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong application of market insights, customer research, and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.

• Willingness to travel as needed within the EMEA region.

• Background in medical technology, healthcare, life sciences, or service-oriented businesses.

• Knowledge of service marketing, aftermarket services, or strategies for service commercialization.

• Proven track record in leading sales enablement programs and commercial training initiatives.

• Expertise in digital marketing, customer engagement, and brand development activities.

• Understanding of healthcare market dynamics, service contracts, and customer lifecycle management.
