Service Line Leader – Cargo Transport Fleets, Trucks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive product and engineering execution for the digital truck service line, ensuring the effective delivery of the roadmap and the creation of customer value.

• Propel profitable growth by maintaining full accountability for the service line's P&L and making strategic investment choices.

• Establish and continuously enhance the product roadmap in alignment with customer demands, market trends, and business objectives.

• Work closely with commercial, marketing, and support teams to guarantee effective go-to-market execution and a robust product-market fit.

• Build and guide high-performing international product and engineering teams, promoting accountability, innovation, and a customer-focused approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in managing digital products or platforms at scale, including responsibilities for P&L.

• A strong blend of product management skills and technical knowledge.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional and international teams within a fast-paced environment.

• An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by strong ownership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities with a strong focus on customer orientation.

• Preferred industry experience includes SaaS, automotive, or related sectors.

• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
