Service Improvement Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

• Assist in enhancing quality within operational teams.

• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations.

• Execute improvement strategies to boost service delivery.

• Offer training and support to branch teams.

• Travel within the region for two days a week, with potential occasional travel depending on business requirements.

• Prior experience in service enhancement and compliance.

• Experience in conducting audits, implementing improvement strategies, and providing training and support is preferred.

• A proactive mindset.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to excel in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to maintain high standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Valid UK driving license.

• Access to a vehicle.

• Willingness to travel within the region for two days a week, with the possibility of additional travel based on business needs.
