This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders
• Assist in enhancing quality within operational teams
• Maintain adherence to statutory requirements
• Execute improvement strategies to boost service delivery
• Offer training and assistance to branch teams
• Travel within the region for two days each week, with the possibility of additional travel based on business needs
• Full UK driving license required
• Access to a vehicle necessary
• Previous experience in conducting audits, implementing improvement plans, and providing training and support is preferred
• Must demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment
