Service Forecast Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for managing all communications for the Business Service Forecasting team through email and phone interactions.

• Input, analyze, and reconcile financial workbooks across various regions.

• Supervise processes that drive annual growth ranging from $75M to $150M.

• Assist business and operations functions to ensure precise service revenue reconciliation.

• Collaborate with field territories and facilitate audit outcomes related to the accuracy of business revenue.

• Investigate discrepancies, process errors, and systemic issues tied to IT and system challenges.

• Examine financial reports, trends, risks, and opportunities, relaying forecasting and performance updates to Territory Leaders, RSMs, CSMs, and SMs.

• Formulate strategies to enhance operational efficiencies, including backup support, workflows, procedures, and performance metrics.

• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with internal clients and partners.

• Initiate problem-solving activities and ensure follow-through to resolution.

• Organize weekly team meetings and periodic business reviews.

• Address escalated business issues and propose effective solutions.

• Communicate with subcontractors and FSO teams while monitoring the progress of business completion.

• Distribute watch lists and updated information to the service team for external customer communication.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Salesforce.

• Strong business acumen.

• Background in forecasting.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Forecasting Analyst, Planning Analyst, Sales Analyst, or Operations Specialist, Customer Service Specialist.

• Experience in report creation.

• Project management skills.

• Capable of presenting and facilitating meetings with upper management.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
