Service Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify, oversee, and coordinate with external service partners.

• Evaluate service quality, ensure compliance with SLAs, and track suppliers’ punctuality.

• Handle escalations regarding quality, scheduling, or performance issues.

• Organize on-site third-party providers and clarify their roles and responsibilities.

• Act as the primary liaison for customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Facilitate effective communication between Technical Services, Back Office, and external service providers.

• Compile status reports, project documentation, and materials for escalation.

• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.

• Allocate external suppliers or technicians based on their qualifications, availability, and business considerations.

• Collaborate with customers, external partners, and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field.

• Experience in a service-oriented setting, preferably within intralogistics or conveyor technology.

• Strong proficiency in workforce scheduling, supplier management, and order processing.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, ticketing, and work order management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent command of both German and English languages.

• Willingness to work Monday through Friday.

• Residing in Germany (80% of the working time).
