Service Business Student

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Acquire practical experience and insights into operations within a business and creative agency setting.

• Undertake account and project management responsibilities specific to the HSPR market.

• Support the creation and analysis of financial reports for the Creative Services division.

• Gain knowledge in sales administration.

• Gain experience in sales coordination.

• Develop skills in account management.

• Accumulate experience in project management.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

• Collaborate with a mentor to enhance understanding of Daktronics products, processes, and protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing an accredited Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurial Studies, Journalism, Creative Design, or a closely related discipline.

• Preference for students registered in a minimum of 12 credit hours.

• Ideal candidates are in their sophomore or junior years.

• Minimum GPA of 2.5 or above is required.

• Submission of unofficial transcripts or web transcripts is necessary with the application.

• Availability of approximately 15 hours per week during the academic year, with a maximum of 20 hours.

• Up to 40 hours per week may be worked during the summer months.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.

• Reliability and the ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a remote setting are essential.

• A willingness to learn and engage with projects using new software and tools is required.

• Must be adaptable to changing priorities and evolving responsibilities.

• Proficiency in general computer use and accurate keyboarding skills is necessary.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities are required.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
