This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement strategies for market entry and user adoption of End User Computing products and services.
• Utilize change management frameworks, such as ADKAR and Prosci methodologies, to facilitate organizational preparedness and user acceptance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Change Champions, and support teams to promote awareness, engagement, and effective technology deployments.
• Aid in the adoption and empowerment of AI-driven workplace technologies and features.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret end-user feedback to pinpoint opportunities for service enhancements.
• Convert user insights into actionable recommendations that improve products, services, and user experiences.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and enablement documentation.
• Advocate for the customer’s perspective by providing data-informed feedback to shape product and service roadmaps.
• Construct and manage dashboards and reports to evaluate adoption, satisfaction, service performance, and business results.
• Deliver analytics and reporting that furnish leadership with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in supporting technology adoption, organizational change management, or end-user enablement initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or related methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing executive-ready documentation and reports.
• Ability to convert technical concepts into clear, user-oriented communications and training materials.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify trends and promote service enhancements.
• Proficient in developing SOPs, playbooks, process documentation, or knowledge management content.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, support, and business stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
• Experience in creating reports, dashboards, or performance metrics using reporting tools.
• Preferred knowledge of Power Platform and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in place of formal educational qualifications.
• Must undergo a background investigation.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
