SEO/GEO Manager – 100 % Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the organic growth of clients

• Engaging communication, development of growth roadmaps, and ensuring measurable business outcomes

• Formulation of clear search strategies utilizing Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar tools

• Analysis of target audiences, pain points, search intents, and customer journeys

• Extraction of insights from sales recordings, reviews, product demos, and discussions with subject matter experts

• Conducting keyword and competitive research along with identifying relevant topics and niches

• Enhancing visibility in generative search engines (GEO/AEO)

• Co-developing measurable methodologies for AI search

• Designing and optimizing lead magnets to increase conversions

• Professional oversight of content strategists, prioritization of topics, and quality assurance

• Managing the publication of content in clients' CMS, particularly Webflow and WordPress

• Tracking and reporting performance in HubSpot or other CRM systems

• Deriving further actions from performance data

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in SEO, content, or growth marketing with proven results

• Initial client or stakeholder responsibility is a plus, but not mandatory

• Clear perspective on the future of search and readiness to question established SEO playbooks

• Business-oriented mindset: Focus on qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and revenue rather than vanity metrics

• Confidently guiding clients through complex topics and effective communication at the decision-maker level

• Proficiency with SEO tools, such as Semrush, Google Search Console, and SurferSEO

• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools, along with an interest in building complete systems with AI

• Bonus: Experience with AirOps, n8n, Zapier, or Make

• Passion for high-quality content tailored to diverse target audiences

• Quick adaptability to new topics and strong communication skills

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
