This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute technical audits to identify challenges related to crawling, rendering, indexing, site architecture, performance, user experience, and organic growth.
• Assess and enhance information architecture, URL structure, internal linking, redirects, structured data, sitemaps, robots.txt, and various technical SEO components.
• Engage in website creation, redesign, and migration projects by performing analyses, offering recommendations, conducting acceptance testing, and monitoring post-launch performance.
• Track technical and organic performance metrics, investigate performance drops, and observe changes in algorithms, search engines, and technologies.
• Create action plans and technical briefs for clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Implement or oversee enhancements in WordPress, CMS platforms, code, or server environments.
• Validate technical implementations, tracking configurations, events, and conversions using GA4, DebugView, and other diagnostic utilities.
• Analyze competitors, domain authority, and backlinks to support link-building and organic growth strategies.
• Assist initiatives related to conversion optimization, structured data, GEO, LLMO, artificial intelligence, and emerging search experiences.
• Mentor content professionals and Junior SEO Specialists on on-page activities such as title tags, meta descriptions, FAQs, and content optimization.
• Leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics tools to enhance efficiency while ensuring validation and technical accountability for outcomes.
• Document standards, processes, and best practices; share knowledge; and contribute to the team’s technical advancement.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical SEO.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting SEO audits and managing SEO projects, ideally in agency or consultancy settings.
• Experience managing multiple clients across various industries simultaneously.
• Advanced understanding of crawling, rendering, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and organic performance.
• Familiarity with robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, status codes, structured data, and other technical SEO elements.
• Knowledge of SEO for JavaScript-based websites.
• Experience with migrations, redesigns, or major alterations to site architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs.
• Practical knowledge of PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and Chrome DevTools.
• Capability to interpret data and convert it into diagnoses, priorities, and action plans.
• Skill in preparing briefs, guiding development professionals, and technically validating implementations.
• Experience with significant migrations, traffic recovery, or organic growth projects.
• Completed university degree.
• Preferred: knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Preferred: knowledge of SQL, Python, or another programming language used for automation and data processing.
• Preferred: experience with the Google Search Console API, GA4 APIs, or SEO tool APIs.
• Preferred: knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and monitoring tools.
• Preferred: experience with WordPress, Shopify, VTEX, Magento, Webflow, or other content management systems.
• Preferred: knowledge of web infrastructure, servers, CDNs, caching, and staging environments.
• Preferred: experience with log analysis and audit automation.
• Preferred: experience with large-scale websites, portals, marketplaces, e-commerce sites, or environments with a high volume of URLs.
• Preferred: knowledge of Local SEO, international SEO, hreflang, and multilingual websites.
• Preferred: experience with CRO and A/B testing applied to organic traffic.
